Returns and Refunds

Things happen and although we aim to please, things may not always work out.  No worries, we offer free shipping on all eligible returns within 30 days of the order date.  Please reach out to us using the contact us page. Include you name, order number and shipping address.

Eligible Returns and Refunds:

1. Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days.
3. Refund will be processed within 2-4 days after we receive your package.

We will email you a return postage label.  Please affix postage and drop off at the assigned carrier.  We cannot arrange pick up of items by shipping carriers.  You can use the tracking number and contact the carrier to arrange pick up for the heavier items.
